Warwickshire-based Chartered Monetary Planner MPA Monetary Administration has acquired native adviser agency, Worcester-based Suckling Waddington and Companions (SWP), for an undisclosed sum.
SWP has been an Appointed Consultant of MPA since 2018, following SWP associate Alan Poole’s retirement from the enterprise and the acquisition of his 50% share by MPA.
The complete acquisition of the agency by MPA comes as outgoing SWP associate Gary Cowley begins retirement, promoting his remaining 50% stake within the enterprise to MPA.
MPA manages over £800m in investments on behalf of shoppers and has a workforce of greater than 30 workers at its head workplace in Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire.
