Cheshire-headquartered Monetary Planner Foresight Wealth Group has acquired £120m AUM native recommendation agency Cassons Monetary Planning.
The deal is the second for Foresight which made its first acquisition in 2022 with the acquisition of Bury-based IFA Platinum Socially Accountable Investments.
The value paid for each acquisitions has not been revealed.
Foresight says its second takeover marks a “key milestone” in its bold long run development plans.
The deal provides over £120m in property and 700 shoppers to Foresight’s portfolio, which is handled by way of its Chartered Monetary Planning arm, Foresight Wealth Strategists.
Foresight will take over Cassons’ Burnley workplaces and workers.
