IGM Monetary shareholders elect administrators

IGM Monetary Inc. has carried out its Annual Assembly of Shareholders, efficiently electing all director nominees as listed within the administration proxy round from February 23.

The election occurred by means of a majority of the votes both forged by poll or represented by proxy on the assembly.

The detailed voting outcomes for every nominee are as follows:

• Marc A. Bibeau acquired 203,577,796 votes in favour, accounting for 99.61 p.c of votes, and 802,071 votes towards, which is 0.39 p.c.
• Marcel R. Coutu was supported by 204,038,254 votes, representing 99.83 p.c, towards 341,613 votes or 0.17 p.c.
• André Desmarais had 196,149,812 votes for (95.97 p.c) and eight,230,054 votes towards (4.03 p.c).
• Paul Desmarais, Jr. secured 194,164,249 votes in favour, or 95.00 p.c, with 10,215,617 votes (5.00 p.c) opposing.
• Gary Doer acquired 200,218,967 supportive votes (97.96 p.c) and confronted 4,160,899 votes towards (2.04 p.c).
• Susan Doniz garnered 186,156,503 votes for her, 91.08 p.c, and 18,223,364 votes towards, making up 8.92 p.c.
• Claude Généreux was backed by 198,230,145 votes (96.99 p.c) with 6,149,721 votes towards (3.01 p.c).
• Sharon Hodgson had overwhelming help with 204,220,725 votes in favour (99.92 p.c) and solely 159,142 votes towards (0.08 p.c).
• Jake Lawrence acquired 203,276,831 votes for (99.46 p.c) and 1,103,036 votes towards (0.54 p.c).
• Sharon MacLeod noticed 204,172,702 votes supporting her (99.90 p.c) and 207,165 towards (0.10 p.c).
• Susan J. McArthur had 200,268,584 votes in favour (97.99 p.c) and 4,111,282 votes towards (2.01 p.c).
• John McCallum was elected with 197,594,142 votes for (96.68 p.c) and 6,785,725 votes towards (3.32 p.c).
• R. Jeffrey Orr acquired 187,863,097 votes in favour (91.92 p.c) with 16,505,448 votes towards (8.08 p.c).
• James O’Sullivan was almost unanimously supported with 204,139,989 votes in favour (99.88 p.c) and 239,878 towards (0.12 p.c).
• Beth Wilson acquired 204,222,170 votes for her (99.92 p.c) and 157,697 towards (0.08 p.c).
