Nonprofit organizations are proactively responding to rising challenges to sustainability. From inspecting operational processes to enhancing drivers of mission success, like fundraising, donor administration, know-how, and campaigns, organizations are exploring methods to be nimbler and extra streamlined.
Neighborhood Manufacturers collaborated with Pacific Consulting Group within the fourth quarter of 2023 to survey over 1,000 nonprofit professionals, with 84% from basic nonprofits, 6% from federal, state, or native authorities, and 10% from schooling. All respondents have been senior nonprofit leaders with titles together with director/supervisor, vice chairman, senior vice chairman, COO, CTO, CFO, and president/proprietor/CEO.
